The Healing Collective

Support for mothers who are carrying more than anyone sees

You love your baby, but this season feels heavier than you expected. Maternal wellness therapy gives you a calm, non-judgmental space to talk honestly, make sense of your feelings, and feel more like yourself again.

Less anxiety and overwhelm

Gently sort through racing thoughts, worries, and ‘what ifs,’ and learn tools to calm your mind and body when everything feels like too much.

More support and connection

Explore expectations, pressures, and invisible labor so you don’t feel like you’re carrying it all alone—at home, in partnership, or in community.

How Maternal Wellness Therapy Can Help

Motherhood is beautiful—and it can also be lonely, overwhelming, and exhausting. You don’t have to go through it all on your own.

Space for your full experience

Hold both things at once: love for your child and the grief, anger, fear, or numbness you might also feel. This is a space where nothing about your experience is ‘too much.’

Reconnecting with yourself

Remember that you’re more than your roles. We’ll focus on your needs, limits, and desires so you can feel more grounded in who you are, not just what everyone needs from you.

Maternal Wellness FAQs

Who is maternal wellness therapy for?

This support is for mothers and birthing parents in any stage—pregnancy, postpartum, or beyond—who feel anxious, overwhelmed, low, or not like themselves, and want a safe place to talk and get steady support.

Is this only for new moms?

No. You’re welcome whether you’re pregnant, newly postpartum, parenting young kids, or years into motherhood and noticing the weight of it all catching up with you.

What kinds of things can we talk about?

Anything that’s on your mind—mood changes, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, birth experience, identity shifts, sleep, partnership, resentment, guilt, or feeling ‘touched out.’ Nothing is off-limits.

Do you offer virtual sessions for moms?

Yes. We offer secure online sessions so you can meet from home or another private space, which can be especially helpful with childcare and schedule needs.

What if I’m not sure it’s ‘bad enough’?

You don’t have to hit a breaking point to deserve support. If you’re struggling, second-guessing yourself, or just not feeling okay, that’s enough reason to reach out.

You Don’t Have to Hold This Alone

If you’re exhausted, overstimulated, or quietly wondering, ‘Is it supposed to feel like this?’, you’re not failing—you’re human. Maternal wellness therapy gives you a calm space to be honest, be supported, and feel less alone in this season. We’ll move gently, at your pace, and focus on small shifts that help you feel more grounded, cared for, and connected—to yourself and the people you love.
