Individual Therapy FAQs

Who is this for?

This is for women who feel overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or disconnected from themselves—at home, at work, or in relationships—and want steady support.

What happens in the first session?

We’ll talk about what’s going on, what you’re hoping will feel different, and what therapy can look like. You can ask questions, share as much or as little as you’d like, and we’ll move at your pace.

How often are sessions?

Many people start weekly to build trust and momentum. Over time, we may shift to every other week based on your needs and what feels realistic.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes. We offer secure video sessions for clients in our practicing state, so you can meet from home, work, or wherever is easiest.

What if this is my first time in therapy?

That’s completely okay. You don’t have to know what to say. We’ll walk through it together and check in often so it feels as safe and comfortable as possible.

Ready to Feel More Like Yourself?

If you’re exhausted, on edge, or feel like you’re just getting through the day, therapy can give you a calm place to pause and be supported. We’ll move slowly, check in often, and focus on what actually matters to you—not what you ‘should’ be doing.
